All the students who want to attend our lessons will have to fill in and sign the registration form, the general consent form (adults/under-18's) and rules and regulations. It is also mandatory to email a photocopy of the ID card (to confirm the information provided) and the 25€ payment receipt, corresponding to the insurance, to noahsurfskate@gmail.com.
